With over 20 years in health and wellness as a Holistic Nutritionist and Perimenopause Coach, I love helping women feel better during perimenopause through simple, realistic support.
But it hasn't always been this way…
At the end of 2023, my own health took a turn. Brain fog. Migraines. Inflammation. I saw doctors and specialist with no answers. Because I didn't have the "typical" symptoms — no hot flashes, no night sweats — perimenopause was never even mentioned. I felt lost, confused, and completely unlike myself.
Everything changed however when I started connecting the dots through my background in holistic nutrition. I began supporting my body differently, through simple nutrition habits and small daily changes, and slowly, things started to shift.
I'm still a work in progress, but I now understand what my body needs. And I created this guide because if I had to search this hard for answers, I know other women are struggling too.
